Learn From The Best Pros In South Florida

No one is an expert in everything - neither are you - neither are we - there's always something to learn and the 2017 Seminar is the place to learn it all. The NEW curriculum will include a combination of a record number of NEW classes plus CORE training on everything that swims - all species of tuna & marlin, swords, sailfish, mahi, wahoo, snook, permit, cobia, redfish, and tiles - whatever it takes to get it done. This year more than any other will provide the best way for those new to offshore fishing to learn what they need to know to succeed and seasoned offshore veterans to hone their skills.

Ed zyak

Captain Ed Zyak

I am a veteran light tackle guide and Tournament Pro fisherman with nearly 20 years guiding experience-targeting trophy Snook, Trout, Tarpon, Permit and Redfish. It’s my job to work hard to make sure you catch a lifetime of memories..
Ray rosher

Captain Ray Rosher

Capt. Ray Rosher started his professional fishing career in 1979 working as a mate, then a captain, aboard a corporate boat until 1999. During that time, he learned the importance of attention to details, the value of long term relationships and customer care. In 1999, Capt. Ray started Miss Britt Charters and shared those values with his crew – creating a sport fishing culture based on integrity, honesty, and diligence.
Scott fawcett

Captain Scott Fawcett

Captain Scott Fawcett has become one of the top ranked captains in Florida. His knack for finding fish and then staying with them has paid big dividends for anglers lucky enough to fish with Fawcett. His humble demeanor on the dock is a contrast to his focused business-like approach to keeping his anglers in the bite. Enjoy this look back at a tournament win earlier this year for Fawcett, which appeared in our print publication in March 2016 issue.
Patrick price

Captain Patrick Price

Captain Patrick Price is a 38 year native of Stuart Florida. He has been fishing professionally in his home waters for 23 years. Since 2001 he has placed in the top 3 as a mate or captain in over 70 tournaments in Mexico, the Bahamas and Florida. In 2009 Captain Pat started his own charter business out of Stuart Florida called DayMaker charters.
Seth funt

Seth Funt

Capt. Seth Funt grew up fishing the offshore waters south of Montauk, New York with his father and two brothers aboard the vessel 'Three Buoys', a 50' Bertram, predominately targeting tuna in the NE Canyons. After graduating from college in Rhode Island, Seth relocated to South Florida, and over the past 15 years has built a solid reputation as a daytime and nighttime swordfishing innovator. 'Team Three Buoys' has been featured in numerous fishing publications and on the Outdoor Channel's 'Hunt for Big Fish.' Capt. Seth has earned several swordfishing tournament wins, including a 1st place 2016 victory in the Stock Island, also Key West - SKA Team under armour.
Mark dravo

Captain Mark Dravo

Capt. Mark Dravo of Y-B Normal Charters is a U.S.C.G approved full-time captain that has been guiding his clients on the Indian River lagoon for over 14 years and is well known for targeting “gator” trout.
Quinton dieterle

Captain Quinton Dieterle

Captain Quinton “Q” Dieterle is a native of Miami Florida. He has been fishing the waters off Miami, the Keys and the Bahamas his entire life. Captain Q has been operating the Cutting Edge from his Key Biscayne location for over 26 years. Captain “Q” started off fishing with his dad every opportunity he had, fishing the waters of Biscayne bay at a young age and then offshore as he grew up. In high school he began fishing with the legendary Captain John B. Dudas on a local charter boat and that helped propel him to the next level. Working with Captain Dudas as a mate they revolutionized the art of kite fishing and live bait fishing for billfish and other offshore species.
Bobby pastorius

Captain Bobby Pastorius

Bobby Pastorius has over 30 years’ experience offshore fishing. He has fished all over the world including ports like La Gomera, Costa Rica, Panama, Florida, Bahamas, and especially the Mid Atlantic canyons from Hatteras, NC to Cape May, NJ. His background has included mentoring from some of the premier offshore captains in the industry. His experience started by cleaning boats at the docks as a youngster, decades of mating on tournament teams and now at age 45 currently owns his own sportfish named the Jenny Poo. All his fishing has been primarily concentrated around being competitive in tournaments. As the industry adjusted to circle hooks he was innovative in techniques to keep a competitive edge and pay close attention to rules that were designed to keep the fishery alive for future generations. His passion for the sport drove him to produce and host his own television show “ Bluewater Chronicles” on NBC Sports to help promote the industry. While he has caught thousands of tuna, dolphin and wahoo along the way, His main passion has always been trolling for billfish.
Mark nichols

Captain Mark Nichols

Teaching anglers how to catch and handle fish so they may be released to fight yet another day is one of our mission statements. We have no problem with a fisherman taking home a nice fish dinner, but strongly promote catch & release because every fish that goes in the cooler is one you or your children will not catch in the future.
Louis defusco

Captain Louis DeFusco

Louis Defusco.. have lived and fished in many different oceans, spent over 2 years in Dominical Costa Rica. I've also spent time in USVI...Key Largo ,Bermuda, and Isla Mujeres and Jupiter Fl.
